Q: What is Battle Ready Mobile Laser Tag?
A: We’re a fully mobile laser tag experience that brings the battlefield to YOU. We use advanced laser tag gear and inflatable bunkers to set up tactical arenas in backyards, parks, gyms, or fields — indoor or outdoor.
Q: What ages can play?
A: Our laser tag is fun and safe for ages 5 and up. We customize gameplay to be age-appropriate and engaging for both kids and adults.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes — Battle Ready is fully licensed and insured. We take safety and professionalism seriously, and we’re happy to provide documentation upon request for schools, churches, municipalities, and corporate clients.
Q: How many players can play at once?
A: We typically run games for up to 12 players at a time, with options to rotate in larger groups. For leagues and bigger events, multiple matches can be run in a structured format.
Q: How long does it take to set up?
A: We arrive about 20–30 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up the field, equipment, and sound system.
Q: What size space do you need to set up the battlefield?
A: Our setup is highly flexible! For a full 12-player experience, we recommend at least 30 ft x 50 ft of open space. However, we can scale the battlefield to fit smaller yards, indoor gyms, or large fields — just let us know what you're working with.

Q: Is laser tag safe?
A: Yes! Our equipment uses infrared light (like a TV remote) — no projectiles, no mess, no pain. All gear is sanitized between events.
Q: Can you set up indoors?
A: Absolutely! We can set up in school gyms, large basements, indoor arenas, or other spacious indoor venues. Just let us know the size of the space in advance.

Booking & Logistics
Q: Do I need to sign a waiver?
A: Yes. Every participant (or their legal guardian) must sign a waiver before playing. This helps us ensure all players understand the rules and safety guidelines. Waivers will be provided digitally before the event or available on-site.
Q: How far do you travel?
A: We serve locations within a 65-mile radius of Hockessin, DE, covering most of Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, northeast Maryland, and southwest New Jersey. A travel fee is applied to all bookings and is calculated based on the distance from Hockessin, DE. This covers fuel, staffing time, and equipment transport. You’ll receive an exact quote during booking.
Q: What if it rains?
A: We offer rescheduling options or can shift the event indoors, depending on your venue. In extreme weather, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund minus deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be rescheduled, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Event Policies
Q: Do you provide a game referee?
A: Yes! Every event includes a Battle Ready Referee who explains the rules, runs the games, and ensures safe, fun, and fair play.
Q: What do we need to provide?
A: A flat area (grass, turf, gym floor, etc.), access to electricity (for PA system), and enthusiastic players! We bring everything else — gear, bunkers, sound system, props, and the action.
Q: What should players wear?
A: Comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Players will receive color-coded headbands or shirts depending on the event or league.
